Text Box: These pages are available as experiments to new writers, to up-load their works, via e-mail, for publication on www.ubol.com website. No payment is involved by either write or publisher.
This is an opportunity for writers, who have not been published, or who have been published, but looking for new outlets, to publish their new and existing works and get feed backs from members of the Internet Community.
Topics and number of word
Works can be on any topic, up to a limit of 3500 words, written, or translated, in English only, and sent by e-mail, without attachments.
On the condition that contents must not deliberately seek to offend on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, age and sexual orientations. Work submitted for publication, must not contain gratuitous profanity, which is not relevant to the subject and substance of the story line.

Short stories
Essays
Reports
5. Cartoons and relevant illustrative artwork
Who can submit work?
Anyone may submit whatever his/her race, gender, ethnicity, disability, age, creed, sexual orientations, politics, or nationality.
How to submit?
The work must be sent by e-mail only, without attachments, to nuwriter@ubol.com. Each e-mail received will be acknowledged.
Final decision 
The final decision, to edit or publish works received, rests with the publishers. There is no right of appeal by a respondent, relating to any decision made on the matter of editing or publishing. Respondents must have a valid e-mail address.
Before the lights go out and free speech is silence, in the name of ‘national security’, let us make the best of Cyberspace ‘freedom of information’ flow.
